Infographic Content for Client Migration

Project Overview:

This infographic was created to encourage online fitness instructors to move their clients from Zoom and other online platforms to Moxie.

The Problem:

The sales team for the Moxie fitness platform needed a guide to send to prospects that would walk them through how to create a profile, migrate their clients from Zoom, and offer monetary incentives for making the switch.

The Goal:

Create a one-sheet that was clear, concise, and exhibited a friendly human tone to educate prospective clients on how easy it is to switch from Zoom to Moxie.

My role: Lead UX writer

The Impact:

The sales team implemented this one-sheet as a part of their initial outreach to fitness instructors on YouTube and Instagram to convert them to Moxie. This infographic reduced the amount of communication needed to explain the Moxie platform and led to an increase in one-on-one account management sessions.
